In the mid 80's Kent Williams burst onto the comic scene fresh out of artschool with a painterly expressionistic approach vanguarding a new wave of fine art in comics. his large artistic credits include the fully painted series' Blood : A tale, Havok & Wolverine : Meltdown , Tell me Dark, and then numerous other covers and fantastic illustrations in Playboy and Penthouse. His most recent graphic novel was Darren Aronofsky's adaptation of his movie The Fountain. More recently Kent's fine art career is in full bloom with gallery shows all over the world. |
