The Best of Bijou Funnies title page! unpublished?

I'm not 100% sure this is published?....anybody got a copy of this book?? Anyhoo, it's a super cool piece with underground comix art guru Kim Deitch drawing his contemporaries most famous characters: Jay Lynch's Nard n' Pat, and Skip Williamson's Snappy Sammy Smoot. Also some really cool note on back about how Jay can keep the piece regardless of whether it gets published. Pen & ink on paper 9 x 11 inches. Excellent condition.
