Thus begins a very cool Indie comics master crossover into the Marvel Comics realm. Rare to say the least. Jaime is one of the founding artists of Love And Rockets, and an alt comix legend. This is the page that kicks off this fun story with the Space Phantom doing some 4th wall extracurricular reading, and that would be an Avengers comic book, with a few more juicy titles like the X-Men in reserve! The best part of this 4th wall element is that the story unfolding in the comic book is like a news story/current event to him, and he's smitten by the Marvel babes and wants to crash the party. Comics within comics! Nice images of the Scarlet Witch, Sue Storm, the Wasp and Marvel Girl. His plan is hatched! Pen & ink on paper (9 x 14 inches - CM: 23 x 35.5 inches), excellent condition.
